Timber Clearance x 250mm x 2.4m (5x10) Sleepers / Posts – Pressure Treated

These substantial 125mm x 250mm x 2.4m pressure-treated timbers are an extra-heavy-duty section suitable for a wide variety of landscaping, construction and agricultural projects.

With a huge 5" x 10" section, they can be used as large landscaping sleepers, heavy-duty posts, raised-bed timbers, edging, retaining timbers or for general outdoor construction where a substantial piece of timber is required.

These timbers are pressure treated to UC3 standard, providing protection for exterior use where the timber is above ground and not in direct contact with the ground.

Clearance Stock: These timbers are being sold at a reduced clearance price and may have wane, uneven edges, knots, shakes, splits, surface checking, staining, weathering, colour variations or other cosmetic imperfections. Some lengths may be better than others, so they are particularly suited to projects where appearance isn't the main priority.

Due to the large section of these timbers, natural shakes and splits can be more noticeable as the timber dries, particularly during warmer and drier weather.

Important: These are UC3 treated, so they are not recommended for applications involving direct or permanent ground contact where UC4-treated timber would normally be required.
